The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends day-to-day office operations with back-office support—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our internal operations running smoothly—from stocking the fridge and supporting employee events to reconciling expenses and making sure vendors are paid on time. If you're equal parts organized, resourceful, and analytical—and you enjoy solving problems that may not even be in your job description—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Team Operations
Ensure the office is always running efficiently—supplies stocked, equipment functioning, and snacks available
Assist in planning and executing employee events, team offsites, and welfare initiatives
Support new hire onboarding and general day-to-day needs of team members
Be a culture carrier: attentive, helpful, and always a step ahead of what the team needs
Back Office & Pre-Finance
Own vendor management: onboarding, invoicing, and timely payments
Reconcile credit card statements and track recurring expenses
Maintain clean and accurate internal records related to operational spend
Support the finance and legal teams with administrative and reporting tasks
Special Projects & Cross-Functional Support
Take ownership of ad-hoc operational projects, even if they fall outside the standard scope
Partner with HR, Finance, and Leadership on initiatives that support our rapid growth
Solve problems quickly and independently with a “figure it out” mindset
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in operations, finance, or administrative roles (startup experience a plus)
High proficiency in English—both written and verbal
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets—you love a good spreadsheet and aren’t intimidated by formulas
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without missing a beat
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Humble, helpful, and happy to pitch in—whether it’s analyzing expenses or setting up for a team lunch
Clear communicator and natural collaborator
Eager to grow, learn, and take on more responsibility as the company scales
